What if corporations stay healthy with the bailout and the US goes broke?

Is this ploy by the Bush administration actually an attempt to bring a Milton Friedman style anything goes free market into being?
It’s OK. Government by the corporations, 10 or 12 enormous conglomerate ones. Just what the Founding Fathers intended.
Boy, I would feel much safer with Wal-Mart and General Electric running the country.
